Orders For Quarters, Halves and Wholes

Quarters, halves, and wholes are available with our Availability email in or around May annually on a first-come, first-served basis.

Bulk ground beef is available at the ranch October through December.

Commercial Customers

We are not accepting orders currently from commercial customers simply because we do not have sufficient supply. 

Payment Methods

We accept cash or checks and will invoice you via email with your notification of when your beef is ready for pick up. We do not accept credit cards. Canadian orders are accepted at current exchange rates.

Order Placement

To place your order, please send us an email at:

Please include the following information:

  1. Your name (first and last please)
  2. What you would like to order: 1/4, 1/2, a Whole or bulk ground beef ?
  3. Your cell number
  4. Your email address!
  5. For halves and wholes, would you like to request soup bones, short ribs, liver , heart, tongue, or dog bones? (Halves and Wholes only).
  6. Paper wrap (standard) or Cryovac plastic bags($)
  7. Your preferred pick up month.
  8. For ½ and full beef orders, please include your cut thickness, normal, cubed or ground round steak, and roast size (lbs). For all orders your requested number of steaks per package, the size of roasts (1.5 to 3lb) nominally, and wrap instructions
  9. And always any questions you may have!
